Alana De La Garza has gained a following on the television. The year was 1976. De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father and an Irish-American mother in Columbus Ohio. Within a short time, she moved to Texas to pursue her physical therapy degree at University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas into Orlando, Florida and performed in many acting roles. These included local independent films and international commercials. Although she only had a few roles, De La Garza soon discovered her passion for acting. When she moved into New York, in 2001, Rosa Santos earned her first role as an actor on All My Children. Throughout the first decade of 2000, she had smaller roles on JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. The role she landed was in 2004 on the brief dramatic The Mountain. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV celebrities like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Mitch Pileggi. De La Garza was then selected as a actor on CSI Miami. She starred as Marisol Delko, the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. She was her character, Dr. Lena Solis in NBC's dark drama Do No Harm.
